Public Notice is hereby given

(pursuant to Section 123 of The Municipalities Act)

That the Council of the R.M. of Pense No. 160 intends on dealing with the following matter:

passing a resolution concerning borrowing from the Royal Bank of Canada.

(this is done on an annual basis in order to meet current expenditures until taxes for the current year are available).

on Wednesday, September 9, 2009 at the municipal office, 324 Elder St., Village of Pense (during the Council meeting which commences at 8:30 a.m.).
